The Christmas decorations have been put away (mostly) and the ABCD Johnsons are now full swing into Birthday Season. Daddy always starts us off with a birthday in January. As usual Daddy requested a homemade carrot cake. Ben was a huge help, cutting the carrots for the top and mixing the batter.
We made Daddy's cake in Mommy's new bundt cake pan. I was excited.

Traditionally the birthday boy (or girl) gets to be waited on. However, this year Danny's birthday meal was grilled steak and veggies. Being his specialty, Dadddy cooked.
Yummmmmmm. Daddy also received a beer brewing kit as a present, which seems like it will be lots of fun!
