Trip to Kansas City

June has been a busy month for the Johnson family.  To summarize, we have moved out of our New Jersey home and are on our way to Kansas!  When it was decided we were headed to Kansas, Mommy and Gideon took a quick trip to explore the area and house hunt.  The best part - we got to spend time with Aaron and Kimberly, Linnea, Natalie and Silas, who graciously hosted us during their own pack out and move.  Here are some photos from our adventure. We had a great time!
Shortly after arriving in Kansas, Mommy and Gideon began looking at some possible houses.  Gideon was quite a trooper.  He stayed content despite being carried around roughly 13 houses in two days.  He was my little buddy.
Gideon liked this chair!  But, not the house.
The best part of the trip was spending time with the (other) Johnson family.  Gideon loved his cousins!  And Linnea and Natalie were so kind to share their toys with him.
After all the house hunting, Aaron and Kimberly took us the famous Oklahoma Joe's BBQ.  It was so yummy and such a cool scene.
Standing in line for BBQ is fun with good company.  Uncle Aaron had an armful!
 Gideon enjoyed the BBQ ribs!
We are so grateful that we will be able to spend more time with the Johnsons in Kansas City.
  God is kind.
