Happy Halloween! As I mentioned in our last post there was a huge snowstorm a few days before Halloween this year, displacing the boys and I. Graciously, the Thompson family took us in and we got to enjoy Halloween with our good friends! The kids were so excited to have 3 nights of sleepovers, and had a great time trick-or-treating together.

Being back at West Point, Halloween included a Cadet Parade. They threw candy at the kiddos as they drove by.

My fireman and train engineer...all bundled up in a snow bank.

Brother laughs!

Our buddies - Emma, Chloe & Joe.

Snow and jack-
o'lanterns - golly!

Happy boy - snow, friends and candy. It was a fun time for Ben.

Benjamin and Emma checking out the candy they collected from the Cadets.

Andrew helped me carve our pumpkin. This pumpkin grew in our yard at West Point, and survived until Halloween.

Ben checking out his loot. We've discovered this year that he doesn't like chocolate candy, he prefers sugar candy like Skittles, etc. This year was a Halloween to remember, and although we missed being with Daddy, we were grateful to share it with some dear friends.
